本利用規約は、zukai-ai-work-publisher（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリは開発者本人による個人利用を目的として開発されたものであり、開発者本人以外の第三者への利用許諾は行いません。第三者が本アプリを利用すること、または本アプリのソースコードや仕組みを流用して他者のTikTokアカウントを操作することは想定されておらず、許可されません。
本アプリは、開発者本人のローカルPC上で生成された図解スライド動画（1080x1920のmp4形式）を、TikTok Content Posting API のFILE_UPLOAD方式を用いて、開発者本人が運営するTikTokアカウント @zukai_ai_work に投稿するための自動化ツールです。投稿頻度はおおむね2日に1本程度とし、1日1本を超えて投稿することはありません。
本アプリの利用にあたっては、TikTokの利用規約およびコミュニティガイドラインを遵守します。TikTokの規約・ガイドラインに反するコンテンツは投稿しません。
本アプリを、開発者本人のアカウント以外への投稿、第三者への提供、または不正な自動化行為（スパム投稿、TikTokの利用規約に反する大量投稿等）に利用することを禁止します。
本アプリは開発者個人が開発・運用するツールであり、その動作について商品性や特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によりTikTokアカウントの停止、投稿の失敗、データの損失等が生じた場合であっても、開発者はその責任を負わないものとします。TikTok Content Posting API の仕様変更により本アプリが正常に動作しなくなる可能性があることを了承した上で利用するものとします。
本規約は、本アプリの仕様変更等に応じて改定される場合があります。改定があった場合は、本ドキュメントの「最終更新日」を更新します。

These Terms of Service govern the use of zukai-ai-work-publisher ("the App"). The App is built and used exclusively by its individual developer ("the developer") for personal purposes. No license to use the App is granted to any third party, and the App, its source code, or its underlying mechanism must not be used to post to, or otherwise interact with, any TikTok account other than the developer's own.
The App is an automation tool that publishes infographic slide videos (1080x1920 mp4 files), pre-rendered on the developer's local computer, to the TikTok account @zukai_ai_work, which the developer operates, using the FILE_UPLOAD method of the TikTok Content Posting API. Posting frequency is approximately one video every two days, and never more than one video per day.
Use of the App is subject to, and must comply with, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Content that violates TikTok's terms or guidelines will not be published through the App.
The App must not be used to post to any account other than the developer's own, provided to any third party, or used for abusive automated behavior such as spam posting or posting in a manner that violates TikTok's Terms of Service.
The App is developed and operated by an individual developer, without warranties of any kind regarding its fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability. The developer is not liable for any account suspension, posting failure, or data loss arising from use of the App. The developer acknowledges that changes to the TikTok Content Posting API may affect the App's functionality at any time.
These Terms may be revised as the App's functionality changes. Any revision will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
