zukai-ai-work-publisher（以下「本アプリ」）は、開発者本人が運営するTikTokアカウント @zukai_ai_work に対してのみ、あらかじめローカルPC上で作成済みの図解スライド動画（1080x1920のmp4形式）を投稿するために開発された、個人利用の自動化ツールです。本アプリは第三者に提供されるものではなく、開発者本人以外のTikTokアカウントを操作する機能は一切持ちません。ユーザー登録機能もありません。
本アプリが取得・保存する情報は以下のとおりです。
上記以外の個人情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、決済情報、閲覧履歴、位置情報など）は一切収集しません。また、動画の視聴者や第三者に関する情報も収集しません。
取得した情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。
上記以外の目的（広告配信、プロファイリング、マーケティング分析、第三者への販売等）には一切利用しません。
アクセストークン・リフレッシュトークン・投稿履歴は、開発者本人が管理するローカルPC上のファイルにのみ保存されます。当該ファイルはオペレーティングシステムのファイルパーミッション600（所有者のみ読み書き可能）で保護されています。外部サーバー、クラウドストレージ、第三者のデータベースへの送信・保存は一切行いません。保存期間は、本アプリの運用が継続する限りとします。リフレッシュトークンが失効した場合、または本アプリの運用を終了した場合は、開発者本人が速やかに該当ファイルを削除します。
取得した情報を第三者に提供、販売、貸与することは一切ありません。広告事業者、分析ツール、マーケティングサービスへのデータ送信も行いません。
本アプリで保存されているアクセストークン、リフレッシュトークン、投稿履歴は、開発者本人がローカルファイルを削除することでいつでも削除可能です。また、TikTokアカウントの設定画面から本アプリの連携を解除することで、TikTok側に保存されている認可情報を取り消すことができます。
トークン等の機微情報は、ファイルパーミッションの制限（600）およびローカル環境での管理により保護しています。本アプリはネットワーク上に常時稼働するサーバーを持たず、TikTok APIへのリクエスト時にのみ通信を行います。
本アプリの仕様変更に伴い、本ポリシーの内容を更新する場合があります。変更があった場合は、本ドキュメントの「最終更新日」を更新します。

zukai-ai-work-publisher ("the App") is a personal automation tool built by an individual developer ("the developer") to post pre-rendered infographic slide videos (1080x1920 mp4 files) to a single TikTok account, @zukai_ai_work, which the developer operates. The App is not distributed to or used by any third party. It does not post to, or otherwise interact with, any TikTok account other than the developer's own, and it does not offer any account registration or sign-up feature for other users.
The App collects and stores only the following information:
The App does not collect any other personal information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, payment details, browsing history, or location data. It does not collect any information about viewers or third parties.
The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
The information is never used for advertising, profiling, marketing analytics, or sale to any third party.
Access tokens, refresh tokens, and posting history are stored only in local files on the developer's own computer. These files are protected with file permission 600 (readable and writable only by the file owner). No data is transmitted to or stored on any external server, cloud storage, or third-party database. Data is retained for as long as the App remains in operation. If a refresh token expires, or if the developer discontinues use of the App, the corresponding local files are promptly deleted.
The App does not share, sell, or rent any collected information to third parties. No data is sent to advertising networks, analytics platforms, or marketing services.
Stored access tokens, refresh tokens, and posting history can be deleted at any time by the developer removing the corresponding local files. In addition, the App's authorization can be revoked at any time from the TikTok account's settings, which removes the access granted on TikTok's side.
Sensitive credentials are protected through restrictive local file permissions (600) and by being kept exclusively on the developer's own machine. The App does not run a persistent, publicly reachable server; it only makes outbound requests to the TikTok API when publishing content.
This policy may be updated if the App's functionality changes. Any update will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
